Dog Ear
両親の激しい口論を目撃して、やるせない思いを抱えて飼犬と孤独な午後を過ごす11歳のベルシ。抑え込んでいた気持ちが溢れ出し、緊張から解き放たれた怒りと攻撃の感情を犬にぶつけてしまう。やがて、こうした剥き出しの感情表現によって、ベルシの気持ちは和らぎ、赦しの持つ静かで変革的な力を見出す。
11-year-old Berci spends an afternoon alone with his dog, struggling with the emotions left behind after witnessing his parents’ violent fight. As his suppressed feelings surface, he releases his anger and aggression in tense and emotional interactions with his dog. These raw expressions eventually help Berci find relief and discover the quiet, transformative strength of forgiveness.

His 2013 graduation film "Rabbit and Deer" won over 125 awards worldwide. He directed music videos for the rock band James, a live-action short titled "Pillowface", and several animated poem adaptations. He teaches workshops globally. He is the president and founding member of the Hungarian Society of Animation Artists. |
