 José-Manuel Xavier 映像作家、エッセイスト、画家、版画家、詩人。リスボンに生まれ、広告アニメーションでキャリアをスタートする。パリでは多数の広告映画、短編、TVシリーズ、TVスペシャルの作画や監督を担当。更に複数の映画に参加し、特殊効果にも携わる。現在は、自身の作家性を表現する映画に専念している。 Filmmaker, essayist, painter, engraver, and poet, born in Lisbon, where he began his career in advertising animation. In Paris, he animated and directed numerous advertising films, shorts, TV series, TV specials, and multiple film credits and special effects. Today, he devotes himself exclusively to his auteur films. |
