１２歳のアダマは西アフリカの辺鄙な村に住んでいた。平和な村を守る高い崖を越えた向こうにはナサラの支配する「風の世界」があるという。
ある晩、兄のサンバが突然消えた。アダマは、村の長老の言うことを聞かず、兄を捜しに外界に行くことを決める。

12-year-old Adama lives in a remote West African village. Beyond the cliffs lies the World of Wind, where the Nassaras reign. One night his older brother, Samba, disappears.Defying the village elders, Adama decides to set off in search of him.
