TAAF2023 招待作品

見里朝希監督は、TAAFのコンペティション部門に2度ノミネートされ、その他のプログラムでも度々作品が上映されるなど、学生時代からその才能を発揮し、注目を集めてきました。
そんな見里監督の軌跡をたどると共に、作品にかける思いや制作秘話を伺いつつ、映画祭の意味や意義などもお話し頂くなど、見里監督の魅力を存分にお届けします！

Tomoki Misato has been showing his talent and attracting attention since he was a student while he was nominated two times for the Competition and his works were often screened as a part of other programs at TAAF. We will follow his history as a director and ask him to talk about his thoughts on the works, behind-the-scenes stories and the meaning and purpose of the film festival. The program conveys his attractions as much as possible!

 

見里朝希　Tomoki Misato
アニメーション監督／ストップモーションアニメーター

東京都生まれ。2018年、東京藝術大学大学院アニメーション専行修了。『あたしだけをみて』（2016）や『マイリトルゴート』（2018）はSHORT SHORTS FILM FESTIVALで優秀賞・東京都知事賞をはじめ、国内外の映画祭で多数の賞を受賞。若手クリエイター対象の国際賞「Young Guns」にも選出される。2021年発表の『PUI PUI モルカー』ではTVアニメシリーズ初監督を務める。現在、WIT STUDIOに所属し、ストップモーションスタジオを発足する。

全然いうことを聞かない天然パーマが、当時の私の悩みでした。
映像では髪の毛を整えてもすぐにウェーブし、ボサボサ頭に戻ってしまうという、髪に着目した自分の日常を描きました。

恋はエレベーターLove is an elevator

二機のエレベーターが乗る人の都合により、並んだりすれ違ったりする様子が、周りに翻弄され、上手くいかない人間の恋にそっくりだと思い、作品にしました。

The story about two elevators which their love does not grow because of swayed by people around them.

あたしだけをみてLook at Me Only

ガールフレンドと付き合い始めた頃のドキドキした気持ちや、彼女の魅力をいつの間にか忘れ、「モルモット」ばかり可愛がる日々を送る主人公。そんな中、お花の美女に出会う。モルモットに嫉妬するガールフレンドに比べ、モルモットの良さを理解してくれるお花の美女に惹かれていくが・・・。

Having forgotten exciting feelings in the early days with the girlfriend and her charm in the process, the main character drifts along petting his “guinea pig” alone. One day he met a beauty of flower. While the girlfriend is jealous of the guinea pig, the beauty of flower appreciates it. He is getting attracted to the beauty…

手ごたえのある出来に仕上げても、上司から一向に評価されない女性社員のアオコ。
ある時、彼女が完成させた書類が同僚にすり替えてられている現場を目撃する。
口封じに姿を飴に変えられたアオコは、近くにある蟻の巣に放り込まれてしまうが・・・。

Aoko is confident about the documents she creates at work, but doesn’t get any positive feedback. Then, she witnesses her colleague secretly changing the documents she created. Aoko is turned into a piece of candy to keep her quiet…

マイリトルゴートMy Little Goat

PUI PUI モルカーPUI PUI MOLCAR

舞台はモルモットが車になった世界。
癒し系の車“モルカー”。くりっくりな目と大きな丸いお尻、トコトコ走る短い手足。常にとぼけた顔で走り回るモルカー。渋滞しても、前のモルモットのお尻を眺めているだけで癒されるし、ちょっとしたトラブルがあってもモフモフして可愛いから許せてしまう？！
クルマならではの様々なシチュエーションを中心に、癒しあり、友情あり、冒険あり、ハチャメチャアクションもありのモルだくさんアニメーション！

The setting is a world where guinea pigs are turned into cars. This is the “molmotto car”, a healing car. It has big round buttocks, round eyes and short arms and legs. They are always running around with a silly look on their face. Even if there is a traffic jam, just looking at the guinea pig’s butt in front of you is soothing. This is an animation full of guinea pigs with healing, friendship, adventure, and crazy action around various situations unique to cars!

ドライバーが寝てしまったら、夜はモルカーたちのもの。パトモルカーもオーディオモルカーもやってきて、みんな集合！レッツモルカーパーティー！

At night, when their drivers go to sleep, it’s the Molcars’ time to shine. Let’s all get together! Bring the Police Molcars and the Audio Molcars too. It’s Molcar party time!
